To cancel an order you must do so within the first 24 hours of making the order.  After 24 hours the order will have already been processed and you will then need to ask for a refund / return.  To cancel an order you should email customer service at the below email address.

For a refund / return on your purchase you must contact customer service within 15 days from date of purchase.  No refunds will be given after 15 days.  When contacting customer services please give the reason you are asking for a refund request and ask for and RMA number.  Customer service and be contacted by any of the methods listed below.  For faster response it is recommended that you email customer service.
