If you are not having a computer problem and would just like a technician to install an upgrade to your system or perform routine maintenance state that in the message section. If you have the parts onsite or have ordered them from us for your repair or upgrade please state that as well. The more information you give us about your computer repair or upgrade need the better we will be able to service you.
The next step is you need to pick from the services listed below for payment. Once your request and payment have been received if all is correct a technician will be dispatched. If there are any questions you may receive a call before technician is dispatched and depending of if your billing selection was correct you may be asked to change your billing payment. No service will be completed untill it is paid for.
All pricing is based on per unit pricing. Parts are not provided and must be ordered before tech arrives. Technicians may not be available in some areas.
Technicians do not deal with money so do not pay anything to the technician.
This service is for non warranty service. Any warranty service must be done through the manufacture providing the warranty.
